No Refund Policy

Licence Pass maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once a booking has been made and payment has been processed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

This policy applies to all lesson bookings and packages, including cases of learner cancellation, rescheduling, or failure to attend a scheduled lesson.

We encourage all learners to carefully review their booking details, suburb, and selected schedule before confirming any payment.

Cancellation Policy

• Please provide at least 48 hours notice before cancelling or rescheduling your lesson
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson will not be eligible for a refund, the lesson will be forfeited
• To cancel, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance at: contact@licencepass.com.au

Refund Exception

A refund may only be considered under the following specific circumstances:

• If the instructor cancels the confirmed booking, or
• If the instructor fails to appear for the scheduled lesson

In such cases, learners may request a full refund or choose to reschedule their lesson at no additional cost.
