Learner & Driving Instructor Policy

At Licence Pass Driving School Melbourne, we are committed to providing a safe, professional, and enjoyable learning experience for every student. This policy outlines the responsibilities and expectations for both learners and our driving instructor.

Learner Responsibilities

As a learner at Licence Pass, you are expected to:

• Hold a valid Victorian Learner Permit at the time of your lesson
• Arrive at the agreed pickup location on time and ready for your lesson
• Behave respectfully and professionally toward the instructor at all times
• Follow all road rules and instructor guidance during the lesson
• Not be under the influence of alcohol or any substances during a lesson
• Disclose any medical conditions that may affect your ability to drive safely

Cancellation Policy

• Please provide at least 48 hours notice before cancelling or rescheduling your lesson
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson will not be eligible for a refund, the lesson will be forfeited

• Being punctual and arriving at the pickup location on time
• Maintaining a professional, patient, and respectful approach with all learners
